Rating is based on product description and plug, not performance of the product – it is a Christmas present so don’t know how good it is yet.
Is supplied with a European two pin plug, which is not stated in the product description. Not helpful when supplied in the UK.
Response to previous questions – one states European 2 pin but another UK 3 pin.
Although picture on Dolce Gusto site shows a picture with European 2 pin.
Amazon should be very clear in the product description what type of plug is attached.
Not a particular problem for me as I can change the plug but others may not be in the same position.

Fast and speedy delivery and it arrived early. Love it, it’s so quick and easy to use. Have tried cappuccinos only so far and they’re really good! Only downfall is the plug is 2 prong. I’m using and adaptor until plug gets changed.
